Lee was a huge asset in my classroom! I was teaching Electricity to my 7th grade class which is not an easy concept to understand for most kids. Sure, they know what it is because they use it everyday but they seem to think it happens by magic. Lee brought in a box of different batteries, loads, wires, connectors, you name it, which allowed the students to build different circuits and experiment with what worked and what didn't. Her enthusiasm for the topic and willingness to let them make mistakes as they "played" with different circuits helped them to put the definitions they learned into real world context! She also gave me a taste of student led learning! Thank you Lee!

It was my pleasure to have Lee working in my classroom with my fifth grade students for the 2023-2024 school year. My students were able to participate in a full PBL that integrated Science, Engineering and Design, and Reading/Language Arts. The PBL allowed for more meaningful and hands-on learning. My students grew tremendously in their ability to communicate and collaborate.

As a second grade teacher, working with Lee was a great experience. Her enthusiasm is contagious-both for the students and teachers. I loved how I could just throw out a topic my class would be studying and Lee could create a whole PBL filled with learning opportunities, engaging activities and ways to incorporate the topic across the curriculum. She is innovative and up to date on all the latest in education and technology. She made it easy for me to begin to incorporate technology into my lessons on a daily basis.
